The software is based on the automated neuro-linguistic analysis of communication. It recognizes words that have positive or negative attitudes and emotions, classifies them according to their intensity, measuring the force of negative and positive content of communication in real time.
SYMBOLS enables extraction of samples from the crowd of social networks members. The samples may be based on various criteria:
• demographics: gender, age, education, place of birth, place of living, occupation and so on.
• relation to customer: staunch supporters, moderate supporters, wavers, moderate opponents, ardent opponents, those who are ready for radical action
• other criteria the client wants to implement
The software also stores the parts of communication with strong opinions and emotions (posts, comments, images, audio and audiovisual content) and enables their further review and analysis if the client requires.
